Our energy business began in 1991 with a small hydropower plant. Today the portfolio has reached 1.3 GW of installed capacity, 61 percent of it from renewable sources.

Electricity retail

Neris Elektrik Perakende serves 410,000 residential, commercial and industrial subscribers with tariffs backed by renewable energy guarantees of origin (YEK-G). For industrial customers we also provide rooftop solar installation and energy efficiency consulting.

Our target

By 2030, to grow installed capacity to 2.4 GW, lift the renewable share to 70 percent and support grid flexibility with storage-enabled plants.

When and how are dividends paid?

Dividends are paid in line with the Dividend Policy, based on a board proposal and the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly. Payments are made through the investor's brokerage account via the Central Registry Agency system.

How often are financial statements published?

Consolidated financial statements are published quarterly on the Public Disclosure Platform and on this site's Investor Relations page. Annual statements are independently audited and half-year statements are subject to limited review.

How can I attend general assembly meetings?

Shareholders can attend in person or vote electronically through the Electronic General Assembly System. The invitation and agenda are announced on this site and on the PDP at least 21 days before the meeting.
