Our defense companies, founded in 2009, supply subsystems and components to prime contractors. Seventeen percent of revenue goes to R&D, and 190 engineers work in two R&D centers.

Quality and security

Our facilities hold AS9100D, ISO 9001 and NATO AQAP-2110 certification and operate under the Presidency of Defense Industries facility security clearance. Export licenses are obtained from the relevant authorities.

Collaborations

We run 11 joint R&D projects with universities. A test laboratory established within the technopark performs vibration, temperature and electromagnetic compatibility tests.

When and how are dividends paid?

Dividends are paid in line with the Dividend Policy, based on a board proposal and the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly. Payments are made through the investor's brokerage account via the Central Registry Agency system.

How often are financial statements published?

Consolidated financial statements are published quarterly on the Public Disclosure Platform and on this site's Investor Relations page. Annual statements are independently audited and half-year statements are subject to limited review.

How can I attend general assembly meetings?

Shareholders can attend in person or vote electronically through the Electronic General Assembly System. The invitation and agenda are announced on this site and on the PDP at least 21 days before the meeting.
