Are Neris Holding shares traded on Borsa Istanbul?
Neris Otomotiv, Neris Enerji, Neris Yatırım and Neris Perakende under the holding are listed on Borsa Istanbul. The free float and detailed shareholding structure are shown in the annual report.
When and how are dividends paid?
Dividends are paid in line with the Dividend Policy, based on a board proposal and the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly. Payments are made through the investor's brokerage account via the Central Registry Agency system.
How often are financial statements published?
Consolidated financial statements are published quarterly on the Public Disclosure Platform and on this site's Investor Relations page. Annual statements are independently audited and half-year statements are subject to limited review.
How can I attend general assembly meetings?
Shareholders can attend in person or vote electronically through the Electronic General Assembly System. The invitation and agenda are announced on this site and on the PDP at least 21 days before the meeting.
Where can I find investor presentations and calls?
Results presentations and conference call recordings published after each quarter are in the “Presentations” category of Investor Relations. Call invitations are announced in the Corporate Calendar.
How do I become a supplier?
Submit your company details and product catalog through the Supplier Application Form. Applications are forwarded to the procurement team of the relevant group company; evaluation covers ethics, quality and sustainability criteria.
How can I report an ethics violation?
You can send suspected bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest or bullying to etik@nerisholding.com.tr or to the independent 24/7 whistleblowing hotline. Reports are kept confidential and retaliation is prohibited.
In which sectors is the holding seeking new investments?
