This privacy notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) by Neris Holding Inc. (Büyükdere Cad. No: 201, Maslak, Sarıyer, Istanbul) as the data controller.
Personal data processed and purposes
- Identity and contact data: Through contact forms, job applications and event registrations, to respond to your request and evaluate your application
- CV and professional information: To carry out recruitment processes
- Transaction security data (IP, cookie logs): To ensure information security and measure site performance
Legal grounds and transfers
Your data is processed on the grounds of explicit consent, establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest. It is not shared with third parties except as legally required, and is transferred to group companies and service providers only to the extent necessary.
Retention
Data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the maximum period set by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
