Job description
The Store Manager Trainee Program includes rotations in aisles, checkout, warehouse and staff management. At the end of the program, successful candidates take on management of a 400–1,500 square meter store.
Program content
- 12 months, 4 rotations, one mentor
- Training in stock, shrinkage and profitability management
- Workshops on customer experience and team leadership
Requirements
- University graduate
- Available for shift work
- Teamwork and numerical analysis skills
