Neris Holding reaches TRY 118 billion in consolidated revenue in 2025

The group closed 2025 with TRY 118 billion in revenue, TRY 17.9 billion in EBITDA and USD 640 million in exports.

Neris Holding has announced its consolidated financial results for 2025. Group revenue rose 31 percent year on year to TRY 118 billion and EBITDA reached TRY 17.9 billion. Net profit for the period was TRY 6.3 billion.

Highlights by business line

Automotive remained the largest business with 34 percent of group revenue. A total of 96,000 vehicles were sold during the year, and electric vehicles rose to 17 percent of total sales. In energy, installed capacity grew to 1.3 GW and generation reached 3.6 TWh. In retail, same-store sales grew 28 percent and 24 new stores opened. Defense and aerospace grew 44 percent on the back of export contracts.

Exports and investment

Total exports of group companies reached USD 640 million. Defense and automotive supplier products made up 58 percent of exports to 22 countries. Capital expenditure for the year was TRY 11.2 billion, 63 percent of it directed to renewable energy and electric mobility infrastructure.

Financial structure

The net debt to EBITDA ratio of 1.6 stayed within the targeted range. During the year the group successfully renewed a TRY 1.1 billion sustainability-linked syndicated loan, with the interest margin tied to the achievement of group-wide carbon reduction targets.

Management comment

Holding CEO Aylin Berkman commented: “Our balanced portfolio and commitment to production are behind our real growth even in an inflationary environment. In 2026 we will raise capital expenditure to TRY 14 billion and add 1,200 jobs.”

Dividend proposal

The board has proposed a gross cash dividend of TRY 2.40 per share to the Ordinary General Assembly. The meeting date and agenda items are published in the Corporate Calendar.

Risks and 2026 outlook

Management used a cautious scenario for exchange rate and interest movements in its 2026 budget. In automotive, special consumption tax rules and consumer credit conditions are the main uncertainties watched; in energy, it is volatility in market clearing prices. Foreign-currency revenues of the group cover 94 percent of foreign-currency debt. Because cash generation remains strong, most of the investment program is expected to be funded from internal resources.

Employees and productivity

The group workforce rose to 14,340. Training hours per person reached 38 while the lost-time injury frequency fell to 0.9. Sixty-two automation projects completed under the digital transformation program delivered annual cost savings of TRY 410 million.
